Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what new clients ask us most, grouped by topic. If yours is not here, your personal manager or [email protected] can help.

General use

How do I register?

Complete the short form on our registration page with your name, email and phone number. You can sign in straight away, and a personal manager will contact you within 24 hours to help with the next steps.

What do I need to get started?

You need to be 18 or over and live in the UK, and to have a phone, an email address and photo ID for verification. To fund your account you will need a UK bank account, card or supported digital wallet. The minimum starting capital is £250.

Do I need trading experience?

No, the platform is designed so that beginners can use it and your manager will guide you. But having no experience does not mean having no risk, and you can lose money.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The website and dashboard work in a mobile browser, and you can receive alerts on your phone. You can do everything from a phone that you can do on a computer.

Fees and results

What does it cost?

There is no monthly fee for platform access. Trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50% and the Forex spread starts from 0.8 pips.

Where can I see all the fees?

On our fees and pricing page. The applicable fee is also shown to you before you confirm any transaction.

Is a profit guaranteed?

No. Nobody can guarantee profit in trading. Illustrations and reviews on this site are examples and opinions, not predictions of your results.

Features and using the platform

What does the platform do automatically?

It monitors markets around the clock, analyses price and volume patterns using probability-based methods and places trades according to the strategy you have chosen. You do not need to place trades by hand.

Can I change the settings?

Yes. You can choose pairs, set how much a strategy may use, adjust alerts and pause or stop strategies at any time.

Will I be notified about what happens?

Yes, by email or push. You can select which events you want to hear about, such as trades opening or closing and a strategy pausing during volatility.

Can I use only some features?

Yes. You can use market monitoring and alerts on their own and leave automated trading switched off.

Risks

Can I lose money?

Yes. Trading can lead to the loss of some or all of your money, and you should only use money you can afford to lose.

Does the risk control stop all losses?

No. The system can pause trading in very volatile conditions, which may limit some exposure, but it cannot eliminate risk or guarantee that your capital is safe.

Where can I read about risks in detail?

In the risk disclosure, which covers market, liquidity, operational and cyber risks, and in the crypto basics guide.

Security and account

How is my account protected?

With two-factor authentication, encryption, login alerts, device and session management, scoped API keys and an audit history. The security page explains each.

Where is my money held?

Funds you deposit are held according to the arrangements of the licensed provider and payment partners, and assets you trade may sit at a third-party exchange. Cryptoassets are not covered by the FSCS.

What should I do if I lose access?

Use account recovery on the sign-in page and contact your manager. We will verify who you are before restoring access, which can take longer than a normal login.

Someone contacted me claiming to be from your company. What now?

Do not send money or information. Read our fraud warning and email us the details.

Help and support

Who can I talk to?

Your personal manager first. You can also email [email protected], and callbacks are usually arranged within minutes.

What if I set something up wrongly?

Pause the strategy from your dashboard and tell your manager. They can help you correct the settings.

What if I do not understand a feature?

Ask. Explaining features is what the support team is for, and we would rather you asked than guessed. The getting started guide is also a good place to look.
