Our mission
Automated trading should not need a finance degree, and it should not hide its costs or its risks. Our mission is to give UK investors a straightforward way to put an algorithm to work on their behalf, while keeping a real person within reach for every question that comes up along the way.
In practice that means three commitments. First, plain language: fees, limits and risks are written in ordinary English and shown before you commit. Second, human support: every new client speaks to a personal manager before any strategy is switched on. Third, restraint: we do not promise returns, we do not use countdown timers or pressure, and we say clearly that capital can be lost.
We also believe in being checkable. Regulators, complaint routes, addresses and policies are listed on their own pages, and where a detail is not yet published we say so instead of inventing it.
Five years of building the platform
Each year brought a specific change. Dates will be confirmed as the company profile is finalised.
